专利摘要:
The invention makes it possible to reduce tool wear and power consumption. The composition includes water and lubricant in the following ratio of components per lubricant. Wt.%: Solid lubricant filler 25-95 water-soluble thickener 5-75, and the lubricant is contained in water in an amount of 5-30 wt.%. As a solid lubricant filler, the composition contains a compound selected from the group including graphite, molybdenum disulfide, their mixture, a mixture of graphite with calcium secondary. As the water soluble thickening agent is a compound selected from the group consisting of a cellulose ether, gum, polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid, alginates, polyvinyl alcohol, polysaccharides, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl acetate, starch paste, carboxymethylcellulose, sodium silicate, and mixtures thereof. The use of the composition reduces energy consumption by up to 10% on the 1st stand and up to 6% on the 2nd stand, with a significant decrease in roll wear on each stand: 15-25% on the 1st stand and 2.5% on the 2nd stand . 2 tab.

专利说明:

A large proportion (5-75% by weight) in the proposed lubricant composition of a water-soluble thickener provides a stable water suspension, and after evaporation of the carrier fluid (water) an effective layer of dry lubricant forms, which adheres well to the rolls.
The proposed lubricant composition maintains uniformity of suspension both at the time of its transportation to the place of consumption, and after splashing. During the process of spraying the lubricant composition onto the rolls, the water partially evaporates, and the remaining- {: components, while retaining their homogeneity, form a waterproof film tightly adhering to the surface of the rolls. As soon as the rolls become in contact with the sheet or profile, the organic components begin to burn out, producing an insulating gas pad. Graphite particles adhere tightly to the rollers, having a lubricating effect that is uniform over the entire surface, the latter being fully preserved even after all the organic components are burned out.
To prevent damage caused by bacteria, in particular in cases where starch or paste is present in the lubrication system, it is advisable to add 0.1-3 wt.% Bactericide or biocide to the lubricant.
The proposed lubricant composition provides lubrication of the rolls and isolates them from blanks in sheet and section rolling mills.
In addition, it was found that the transfer of the lubricating effect is achieved using the proposed lubricant composition, as a result of which the working stands next to the cage lubricated by the proposed lubricant composition provide significant energy savings, the wear of the rolls is significantly reduced, which is achieved without additional lubrication of the subsequent stands.
The proposed lubricant composition is prepared as follows.
The individual components in the absence of a carrier fluid are pre-mixed. These components are usually used in a dry, milled form, and in accordance with the requirements

select and mix with each other powders with specific particle sizes. A dry powder mixture (lubricant) is easy to pack and transport.
When used, the dry mixture in the mixer is mixed with a carrier fluid (water) to form a lubricant composition in the form of a stable homogeneous suspension. The dry slurry (lubricant) is diluted with water at a concentration of 5-30 wt.%. In tab. 1 shows the composition of lubricants. The concentration of dilution with water is also indicated there.
For comparison, a composition of a known lubricant composition (composition 21) was prepared in the form of a 30% aqueous suspension of dry lubricant. Dry lubricant has the following composition, wt.%:
Graphite54
Sodium metaphosphate 11
Bura5
Sodium silicate 10
Polyethylene 18
Alkyl celulo for 2
In the process of rolling, the compositions of lubricant compositions 1-20 are applied to the rolls with the help of nozzles under a pressure of 20-150 bar in the amount of 0.5-5 l / min / nozzle. During the test, the reduction in energy consumption and wear on each stand is determined. The test results are shown in Table. 2
I
As can be seen from the data table. 2, the application of the proposed lubricant composition reduces electricity consumption by up to 10% on the 1st stand and up to 6% on the 2nd stand, with a significant decrease in roll wear on each stand (15-25% on the 1st stand and 2-5% on 2nd cage).
